This is a 20 oz tumbler that keeps liquid cold for 8 hours and hot for 4 hours. It comes with a straw to take on the go.

Keeps me motivated!

I love this tumbler! Its beautifully made and the writing on it reminds me to keep going! We all need words of affirmation and what better way then having it on your cup to be reminded at all times! Highly recommend!
